Refund and Returns Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping to All States and Worldwide respectively. If you live outside of the continental U.S. in a U.S. State or Territory please get in touch with us before purchasing to get an accurate shipping price to you.

Shipping of small packages goes out within 24 hours either through USPS or UPS.

If an item is damaged, please notify us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier as all our packages are insured for the full value. Please inspect all freight Upon delivery, Once signed.

RETURN POLICY

In the event you need to return merchandise please contact us for an RMA, we will not accept returns without one. All returned parts must be in the same condition as received and uninstalled. We will inspect the part or item upon receipt. Any part or item deemed to be installed and non-working due to installation or customer negligence will not be accepted as a return.

Our parts carry a 30-day warranty unless stated otherwise. If a part or item is deemed to be defective or broken upon inspection not due to the aforementioned, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion. Please keep in mind that due to the business’s nature, we may not stock another identical/replacement part, and therefore would refund the customer or issue a store credit. Refunds are subject to will be issued back to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is no longer valid, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit. Store credit is not redeemable for cash.

​If a customer wishes to return an item due to an incorrect application or wrong purchase, or simply because he/she changed their mind, a 10% restocking fee will be charged, in addition to the customer paying for shipping both ways (to and from).

​Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless they receive an incorrect or defective item. When returning an item, please use UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier that offers insurance. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages being returned.

​If any component/part of a returned item is missing or damaged, we reserve the right to reject the entire return and not refund the customer. The condition of the product will be determined at our discretion. Products returned with damaged or missing packaging will be refused or returned to you at your expense. Certain items cannot be returned. For a list of those products, please see “Non-Returnable Products” below.
